International. PPG Industries announced that Shelley J. Bausch has been named as the new Vice President of Global Industrial Coatings and will serve effective January 16.
Shelley will now report to Viktor Sekmakas, PPG's executive vice president. Bausch came to PPG from Dow Corning, where he began his career in 1988, most recently serving as vice president of finishing businesses, leading a unit of more than a thousand employees and fifteen plants serving internal customers and delivering more than $2 billion in outside sales.
At Dow Corning, Bausch led the transformation of part of the raw materials chemicals business into a web-driven business model. She also spent two years in Shanghai, China, as global executive director.
