Colombia. A total of six international speakers have ratified their presence in the seventh edition of Cubrecol Americas, which has highlighted the process of growth and expansion that the fair has. According to the organizers of the main event for the application of paints and coatings, Cubrecol Americas has managed to collect through its academic program, the leading experts from Latin America.Among the special guests are the representative of the Brazilian Association of Paint Manufacturers, Abrafati, Telma Florencio. She is the coordinator of the International Congress of Paintings and director of the successful Professional Painter program, which has already trained and certified hundreds of applicators in Brazil.
Rubén Moreno, in charge of coordinating the activities of the body, painting, electromechanics and motorcycles departments at the Center for Experimentation in Road Safety, Cesvi Mexico, who will illustrate to the attendees in the topics related to finishes for vehicles, automotive repainting, and performance in repainting.
They are joined by Fernando Puchi, a prominent Chilean consultant and researcher, who will share with the attendees the most important lessons in terms of corrosion control in mining structures, given his extensive experience in the subject and the development of this industry in his country.
But in addition to associations and researchers, companies such as CPPQ, from Peru; Vitracoat, from Mexico and International Paint, will participate in the academic program of Cubrecol Americas, which will take place at the Plaza Mayor Convention Center in Medellín, Colombia, on September 9 and 10, 2010.
