Merger confirmed

USA. The National Association of Paints and Coatings (NPCA) and the Federation of Societies for Coating Technology (FSCT) confirmed the merger of both organizations after a majority vote of FSCT members. The FSCT board of directors certified the vote at its May 8 meeting."This endorsement highlights the support of members to integrate the management and operational resources of both organizations. The merger will enable the NPCA and FSCT to improve overall quality and expand programs and services for the industry, as well as efficiently and effectively apply resources to industry priorities," NPCA President Andy Doyle and FSCT Executive Director Joe Pontoski said in a joint statement.
