The changes that the paints and coatings industry experienced during the economic crisis of previous years will be the subject of analysis at the Forum: "Perspectives of the paint industry in Latin America in a post-crisis scenario".
In this forum, and for the first time, the main players of the industry will meet. Among the main guests are the director of the Administrative Manager, Brazilian Association of Paint Manufacturers, Abrafati; Edgar Valderrama president of the Global Paint Company; and Max Jaramillo, president of Latin Press and director of Inpra Latina, the most important magazine specialized in the paints and coatings sector in Latin America.
They are joined by Eduardo Loaiza, manager of the Colombian Chamber of Construction, Regional Antioquia; who reflected on the importance of Cubrecol as a specialized fair for the construction industry.
The forum is part of the academic program of Cubrecol, which for two days will delve into the different technical aspects related to the pretreatment, finishes and application of coatings. The talks will be given by the main professionals of each area of knowledge and will be attended by inspectors, contractors, applicators, auditors and other technical personnel, from all corners of Latin America.
