The new year comes with greater challenges for the paints and coatings sector that must respond to the demands of the new infrastructure and industrial development projects that have emerged in Latin America, as a result of growing foreign investment, the increase in our exports and the realization of massive events of global importance in our territory.
That means that for the next few years we will require not only trained applicators and controllers, but also new products with newer technologies and more versatile raw materials.
Considering all these variables, in CUBRECOL AMERICAS we have given ourselves the task of including several of the topics that we consider current and expand our coverage, to include new spaces for discussion and analysis of issues related to the formulation and management of raw materials.
What is Cubrecol?
For seven consecutive years, paint and coating applicators have had a meeting space at CUBRECOL AMÉRICAS, a fair that was born as the perfect setting for professionals in the paints and coatings sector to update themselves in terms of technology and trends.
Keynote speeches, a business roundtable and a commercial exhibition are the showcases we offer so that the productive chain of the paints and coatings sector is in one place, shares news and is updated in the face of upcoming trends.
What's new?
The presentation of the conferences at CUBRECOL AMERICAS will have a small transformation that aims to achieve a greater understanding and a better analysis of the proposed topics. For that we have decided to extend the time of the presentations up to two hours, so we will have fewer conferences of greater quality and depth.
Additionally, we have redesigned the thematic axes and have assigned an exclusive room for each of them. In the first we will delve into issues related to the prevention, detection and control of corrosion, by the hand of the Colombian Association of Corrosion, Ascor.
The second show will be the stage to address the issues of formulation and raw materials, with the support of the main suppliers of the sector, which for several years have been present in the region. And finally, we will have a room dedicated to the application and finishing of paints and coatings in different areas, which gives continuity to the themes worked on at the fair so far.
Shortly we will be sharing with you the details of the programming, as well as other news that we are preparing for the great appointment we have with you in Medellín, Colombia, between September 29 and 30.
