Colombia. The organization of Cubrecol Americas confirmed that for this year important alliances have been reached with companies and associations specialized in the paints and coatings sector. The novelties for 2010 include the realization of a forum in which a look will be given to the current state of the paint industry, after the end of the economic crisis that punished the markets during 2008 and 2009. Additionally, the presence of Rubén Moreno, manager of the automobile area of Cesvi Mexico, has been confirmed, who will emphasize the mechanisms and technologies to improve and make the vehicle repainting process more efficient.
Peru will also be present with Jaime Baldeón Garibaldi, coordinator of new product development of the Peruvian company CPPQ, which for this version of Cubrecol has prepared two talks on environmentally friendly coatings for floors and the waterproofing of concrete surfaces.
