PPG PAINTS has introduced the new generation of <50 grams per liter of VOC from the BREAK-THROUGH version of water-based acrylic paint for indoors and outdoors.This product offers a unique and versatile technology that provides excellent adhesion, hardness and lock resistance for a variety of commercial or residential surfaces such as floors, moldings, cabinets, railings, shelves and equipment, as well as metal, wood, cement, fiberglass, laminates and plastics.
Additionally, it provides a soft and flexible finish practically free of brush, which resists cracking and peeling.
The improvement in the formula of <50 grams per liter of VOC includes slightly higher viscosity for ease of handling, greater buckling resistance and improved fluidity and leveling, providing a smooth enamel finish with a lower number of brush marks.
In addition to a quick drying of 17 to 20 minutes to touch and 2 hours for repainting, resulting in less downtime and faster completion of work.
