Orion
Orion introduces five new Specialty Carbon Black pigments. First of all there is the COLOUR BLACK FW 255 with a high degree of darkness and compatibility with water-based systems and solvents. It allows formulators to maintain performance and color properties while migrating to water-based formulations. It works very well in automotive OEM and refinish systems.
On the other hand, there is the SPECIAL BLACK 40 that provides excellent dispersibility and stability in industrial applications. It has compatibility with aqueous systems and solvents.
The PRINTEX 60, used for industrial primers and coatings, highly dispersible and economical; and the PRINTEX 300 which features a small particle size and medium structure, suitable for many industrial coating and powder coating applications.
Finally there is the LAMPBLACK 101 which has excellent stability and high-speed dispersion capacity, as well as conductivity at some concentrations. It is mainly used in transport and structural coatings.
