Prior to starting at Disperse Tech Inc., Steve Schmidt began his career as a sales representative and moved to manage at E.W. Kaufman Company. Schmidt's profile includes a B.A. in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University and years of experience selling mixing equipment. Its territories include several states located in the Northeast Region.
Jim Heidemann brings with him 34 years of experience in industrial engineering, sales and processing.
He began his career with Dow Chemical, and moved to GE Aircraft starting in manufacturing, then advanced in engine sales, where he spent several years at Cincinnati Inc. before moving on to larger equipment, where he has acquired extensive knowledge in dispersion and processing equipment. Heidemann studied Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and received his MBA from Xavier University. The territories they will represent are certain areas around their home state of Ohio.
