International. Brookfield announced the release of a new update to its RheocalcT Software v1.2.19 software, which includes the addition of tools such as test assistants, performance testing for the DV3T rheometer, additional import/export features, and improvements in design and navigation.
RheocalcT Test Wizard reduces the time and effort required to set up popular tests, such as stop time, torque time, ramp/cut speed range, and temperature and ramp profiles. In addition, you can create what they call a Thix Index Test (used to calculate the ratio of viscosity at low speed vs. viscosity at a higher speed).
RheocalcT can be used with the DV2T viscometer and dv2T rheometer. It works on Windows 8, 7, Vista or XP and requires a processor greater than 2 GHz and a minimum of 2GB of RAM.
