International. Clariant was again included in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI), both in the European version and in the world list, one of the most respected sustainability indicators in the world.
The DJSI compares the sustainability performance of major companies based on their environmental, social and economic performance, as well as trend indicators. The index evaluates various criteria, such as risk and supply chain management, operational eco-efficiency, responsible product management, human capital development, occupational health and safety.
According to Clariant company spokespersons, the company has strived to advance in various fields of sustainability to achieve entry into the DJSI list, by demonstrating outstanding sustainable performance in the economic, environmental and social areas.
