International. The Chromaflo company and CPS Color's dyes business combined to create a global platform of independent dye and pigment dispersion systems, to serve architectural and industrial coating customers, as well as the thermoset plastics markets.
As a result of the combination, the former CPS Color Business Teams Unit will now become an independent company under the Corob brand.
The new dye and dispersion specialist will operate under the name Chromaflo Technologies and will have its main facilities in Ashtabula, Ohio, USA. With production plants in the United States, Canada, the Netherlands, Finland, Australia and China.
There will also be technical and sales support in North and South America, Europe, Australia, China, India and Southwest Asia. Chromaflo is estimated to have global manufacturing sales and technical capabilities with revenues of more than $400 million annually.
