Argentina. With an investment of 1,500,000 pesos (about US$335,000), the company Excelencia Química announced that it will install a new administrative office in the Tres Arroyos Industrial Park, which is expected to start operating in 2013 and specialize in construction and home paintings.
The company is building a space of 1,500 square meters where 20 employees of the sector will work. According to Ricardo Herrera, manager of the company, "our intention is to bring technical personnel from Buenos Aires to train tres Arroyos. If entrepreneurship works, the idea is to start moving productive sectors from Buenos Aires. Leave the latter as a distribution center and locate our factory here."
One of the reasons why Excelencia Química decided to settle in Tres Arroyos is because they aim to establish themselves as a distribution point and supply the area. In addition, Herrera expressed strategic and cost reasons that also helped make the decision to invest in that sector.
