Brazil. Sitivesp (Union of the Paints and Varnishes Industry of the State of São Paulo) reached an agreement with Abrafati (Brazilian Association of Paint Manufacturers) to jointly develop Feitintas 2012, which will take place between September 19 and 22, 2012 in Sao Paulo.
"With the joint efforts between the main representative organizations of the productive chain we will have a broader and more solid event, which will bring an important contribution to our common goal of promoting the sustainable development of the sector," said Ricardo Stiepcich, president of Sitivesp. "We are also looking at changing the name of the event to reflect its scope and highlight its evolution to a new level," added Dilson Ferreira, Executive Chairman of Abrafati.
The fair will bring together manufacturers of paints and automotive refinishing, as well as suppliers of complementary products, tools and painting equipment.
The fair will also feature a symposium of lectures given by national and international professionals for prescribers and users of paintings. The objective of this space is to present to this audience the main trends related to the use of paintings and their creative implementation as a decoration element in all types of buildings.
