Brazil. Hero Products Group, a division of I.C.T.C. Holdings Corporation, announced the acquisition of its distributor Mast Tinting Systems of Santo André, Brazil. With this initiative, the owners of Mast become partners in this new division called Hero Latin America (HLA).
Steve Balmer, President and COO of I.C.T.C. Holdings Corporation said Mast's expertise and infrastructure has led to Hero's involvement in the Brazilian market, and that this new business relationship will result in faster growth and a more structured presence in the Latin American market.
"I have worked with Mast for over 4 years and I am very impressed with their attitude towards achieving the goals set and the respect they have earned with their clients, with whom they have worked during the many years they have been serving this industry," said the executive.
HLA will operate from the facilities near the city of Sao Paulo that have an area of 18,000 square feet, from where the line of automatic and manual dispensers, as well as mixers, will be manufactured and distributed to meet the requirements of the region.
