United Kingdom. The Pigments division of the chemical manufacturing company, Hunstman Corporation, announced the increase in prices of all its titanium dioxide pigments effective January 1, 2011.This increase will be effective on all continents where Huntsman has a presence. In Europe it will rise US$200 per tonne, in North America the increase will be US$0.08 per pound, in Asia the price will increase to US$150 per tonne and in Africa, Latin America and the Middle East it will increase US$200 per tonne.
Company spokesmen assured that these increases will be added to the increases announced in each of these regions.
