Germany. In mid-April, the third version of Paint Expo, the leading trade fair for industrial lacquering techniques, was held in Karlsruhe. According to the organizers of the event, the 327 exhibitors established new contacts, a good number of requests and concrete businesses.Spokespersons of the event said that in the 2010 edition there was a growth of 14% in terms of exhibitors when compared to the previous version of 2008 and the number of visitors also increased by 8%, that is, 6,397 people attended the fair.
According to Mr. Martin Weidisch, marketing services of the company J. Wagner GmbH, the success of Paint Expo "is due to the fact that the fair represents the entire lacquering sector very clearly. All the relevant companies from the industrial lacquering technology industry are present at the event. Again, we are very happy with the number and profile of visitors."
