Products from PPG Industries' automotive division will be on display at Northeast 2010 trade show, March 19-21, where the company will also give attendees two lectures on some industry-related solutions and processes.In addition to the seminars, "Conversion with confidence" process that will demonstrate the ease of switching to water coatings and the MVP solutions conference "Lean Six Sigma", PPG will present different products such as aqueous emulsion coating, Aquabase Plus, the Envirobase High Performance, a water-based bilayer mixing system for vehicle repainting, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) that are expected to have regulatory regulations soon.
The company will showcase the custom, environmentally friendly 1956 Ford pickup truck, restored by Steve's Restorations and Hot Rods, which was coated with high-performance water-based VOC coatings and custom Vibrance Collection finishes. And at the PPG booth , visitors and show participants will be able to get autographs from Dave Perewitz, one of America's top motorcycle builders and customizers. (Pictured the 1956 Ford)
