. As of the first of October, Klaus Edelmann will cease to be the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of cognis' board of directors, and will become a member of the supervisory board. Marco Panichi will be the new CFO.Marco began his career with Henkel and has been with Cognis since 1999. From 2002 to 2005 he served as director of corporate development and from 2006 to the end of 2008, Panichi was based in Malaysia as chief financial officer of the global oleochemical joint venture Cognis oleochemicals. He is currently the Vice President of the Control and Development Group at Cognis GmbH and reports directly to Klaus Edelmann.
