The American company DuPont announced the opening of a new Research and Development (R&D) Center located in Paulinia, near the city of São Paulo in Brazil.The building has an area of more than 720 m2, meant an investment of US $ 3 million and will house two laboratories; the first of them specialized in ballistic tests, and the second will serve applications for the automotive and construction industry, in addition to tests for paints, coatings, polymers and paper.
The new facility will be an important regional research center for DuPont, not only in terms of developing new technologies, but also for the improvement of existing technologies.
