USA Whitford and Akzo Nobel announced that the product line of the latter Non Stick Coatings of the LLC (Anns) division has been acquired by the former and in addition, both companies have begun to integrate, in a process that is expected to be completed in a few months.The firms made it clear that there will be no changes to the mix of Anns and Whitford products, which will continue to be developed and sold to customers around the world. The Anns line will be suspended at its current facility for a while, while slowly moving to the Whitford facility, with the aim of maintaining the same quality and timely delivery of the products.
Anns' trade name is part of the business and will become part of Whitford's portfolio. The designation of the product codes will be maintained to prevent confusion.
