U.S. Brookfield, a producer of technology for viscosity control and measurement, is offering three courses to provide users of the brand's instruments with the practical knowledge to get the most out of test methods for textures and viscosity. These training sessions are presented in terms of easy understanding and thus give the functional knowledge to verify and improve the data required to perform your research, development and quality control procedures. The program includes: workshop on viscosity measurements (14 and 20 August), applied course on test methods to determine viscosity (20 August), workshop on texture analysis (9 September).
