It does not require high voltage, special equipment or constant temperature during the stages of the painting process. On the contrary, Viant can shorten the process, save resources and reduce management costs.
The new painting technology can offer decisive advantages: at the top of the list are potential savings in electricity costs and optimized processes in several areas, which can be achieved by combining pretreatment and primer in an immersion bath where neither cooling nor heating is required.
Consequently, constant monitoring of the bath temperature is also not necessary.

Due to the wide operating temperature range and very low liquor circulation, the process is very stable and less electricity is needed to power the smaller circulation pumps.
