The acquired company has production facilities in Italy and Poland, and a stake in the India-based joint venture, ICA Pidilite.
"In addition to this strong technical expertise, ICA has excellent relationships with multinational and local customers, multiple strategically located product specification and approval, manufacturing and distribution positions, and an outstanding commercial team focused on providing innovative and value-added solutions," Morikis explained.
