Brazil. The dimensions of the Brazilian market – the 5th largest in the world – mobilize the main suppliers of the sector to participate in the exhibition, which will take place from October 13 to 15 in Sao Paulo.
Also attracting to companies are the future growth prospects of paint consumption in Brazil. The companies see excellent opportunities in a market with more than 200 million inhabitants, 50 million cars in circulation, a housing deficit of more than 5 million homes and infrastructure investments estimated at R$ 600 billion (about US$ 187,000 million) for the period 2015-2018.
Different companies from Asia, Europe and North America will be present looking for business opportunities with paint manufacturers from Brazil and neighboring countries – from where a large number of companies come to the event, in search of innovative solutions.
For that reason, suppliers that already operate in the country have confidence in the event and consider it a priority in their strategies for 2015 and the coming years: they will present new products, technology and services at the exhibition, prospecting customers and detecting trends.
The participation of more than 200 companies is confirmed and it is expected that the fair will exceed the figure of 250 exhibitors.
"More important than quantity is the quality of the exhibitors. Suppliers that invest billions of dollars annually in research and development and that are the vanguard of the sector will be present. That means that the exhibition will show what is most innovative in our chain," says Dilson Ferreira, executive president of ABRAFATI.
