Latin America. For the second time this year, the Brazilian painting company belonging to PPG was awarded by Grupo Amanhã as an outstanding company in the Paintings category.
On July 28, Amanhã Magazine awarded the most outstanding brands in their respective categories in the market of the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul, whose capital is Porto Alegre.
Tintas Renner, belonging to the multinational PPG, once again received the Top Of Mind award as an outstanding company in the Paintings category, with 28.4% of brand recall in the survey. This recognition has been obtained consecutively on more than 30 occasions.
According to the general director for South America of Tintas Renner, Marcelo Diniz, the recognition confirms the organization's concern to continuously deepen the relationship with its consumers.
"The award contributes to our recently launched advertising campaign, where we highlight the power of color to influence people and change the mood of environments," says Diniz.
With four factories in Brazil, the American PPG is one of the largest suppliers of paints and coatings in the world. In Gravataí, where its unit is located in Rio Grande do Sul, the company produces Tintas Renner's architectural lines and is investing in productivity and capacity expansion.
