The equipment generates high temperatures instantly with its halogen IR filter heaters that can be individually adjusted to create a parabolic formation, up or down scale or temperature blocks.

The furnace also allows the import of gradient profiles using the TQC CurveX system, in order to simulate the production process on a laboratory scale.

It allows to test the chemical resistance in coatings for automotives, ideal curing temperature for powder coatings, and behavior of resins at certain temperatures.
