Colombia. Everything is ready for this Thursday to open the doors of the only fair that integrates the entire production chain of the paints and coatings sector in Latin America, Cubrecol Americas 2011.
The organization of the event reported two novelties in the academic program that mean the entry of the University of Antioquia and Andercol – Grupo Mundial within the speaker grid. Thus, the conference of new binders is replaced by a complete report on organic coalescing and the advantages of its use for the industry.
For its part, the talk on hydrocarbon storage tanks moves to give space to a conference on the evaluation of organic coatings, which is part of an academic study carried out in the most important corrosion laboratory in Medellín.
The reasons for the change are totally alien to the organization of the event that works every day to offer new training and updating options for technicians and engineers linked to the sector.
"We apologize for any inconvenience that may arise, although we are sure that each of the scheduled talks fits the needs of the sector," said the organizing team of the fair.
Despite these novelties, Cubrecol Americas began today the preliminary activity, which includes guided tours of the plants of the companies Invesa – Sapolín, the Corrosion Laboratory of the Universidad de Antioquia and Global Paints - Pintuco.
The other companies and special guests have also begun to arrive in the city and set up their stands to show the public the main novelties in equipment, raw materials, new technologies in coatings and application systems.
The appointment is on Thursday and Friday at the Plaza Mayor Convention Center. Know the academic program of CUBRECOL AMERICAS 2011 updated giving click aquí.
