There she explained that BASF is a founding member of the 'Women in Logistics' Community, where professional women from different companies related to the sector are committed to inclusion and female growth in this economic line.
According to the National Department of Statistics (DANE), the unemployment gap between men and women in Colombia went from 5.8% in November 2021 to 4.5% for the same period in 2022.
For its part, the unemployment of women in this country reached 12.1%, while that of men registers 7.6%.
