"Joining forces with Orange Chemicals will enable IMCD UK to expand our customer offering and consequently accelerate our growth ambitions across the UK and Ireland," added Hanbury.
Winchester-based Orange Chemicals generated revenues of approximately €30 million in the 2022 financial year and adds seven employees to the IMCD UK team.
The company has long-standing partnerships with leading suppliers globally, making it ideal for IMCD UK.
