Azelis, an innovation service provider in the food ingredients and specialty chemicals industry, announces a new distribution agreement with Sun Chemical, a supplier of advanced inks, coatings, pigments and materials.
As of January 1, 2023, this new mandate allows Azelis to strengthen its pigment product portfolio in the coatings, adhesives, sealants, elastomers (CASE) and advanced materials and additives (AM&A) markets in France and Benelux.
The mandate is an expansion of the long-standing partnership between Sun Chemical and Azelis. Sun Chemical offers a variety of pigments that meet the requirements of high performance and sustainability for a variety of coatings, inks and plastics.
The new products allow Azelis to position itself as a leading pigment supplier in the market. To ensure a high and qualitative investment in innovation, the Azelis team is now supported by a new business development manager for Pigments, Berna Noyan.
This addition strengthens Azelis' ability to ensure industrial chemical customers benefit from a broad product portfolio, strong support and technical expertise.
Christian Pflesser, AM&A EMEA Market Segment Director at Azelis, commented: "We are happy to grow our relationship with Sun Chemical, now covering France and Benelux. By including a new range of pigments in our portfolio that complements our current offering to customers, we enhance both our side value chain and an industry-leading position."
"With this new set of pigments, Sun Chemical enables our teams to deliver on our brand promise, innovation through formulation, to the fullest," added Pflesser.
