Latin America. The conference, which has no cost, will be held this Thursday at 20:00 (Mexico time) at the Industrial Club of Nuevo León and will be broadcast via Zoom.
"Metallic pigments are laminar flakes with physicochemical and functional properties, such as flake geometry, particle size, distribution curve, leafing effect and non-leafing, flip-flop, among others," recalls the presentation of this hybrid conference, organized by the National Association of Paint and Ink Manufacturers (Anafapyt), the Mexican Institute of Technicians in Paints and Inks, Chemistry Rana de Monterey and Metapol.
In charge will be precisely the technical expert in metallic pigments, Lucia Santoyo Olivares, also from Metapol.
The company recalls in another of the announcements of the event that the aluminum metallic pigments that it manufactures are found not only in its exterior paint, but also inside.
"To have a high performance during its formulation it is essential to follow the recommendations for use; from the selection of solvents, resins, dispersants and agitation equipment, which are used during the stages of wetting, dispersion and stabilization", adds the invitation to the event.
