Latin America. On August 3, the Argentine Chamber of Painters (CAPIN) held a private event attended by more than 200 people from the industry's value chain; among members of the chamber, manufacturers and holders of various related institutions.
The Savoy Hotel in Buenos Aires was the place that brought together different CAPIN partners in a private meeting for a couple of internal dissertations. The first entitled "A look at the Argentina that is coming", an analysis of the Argentine political and economic situation, was in charge of José del Río, doctor in Business Administration, journalist and content director of the newspaper La Nación.
Next, José del Río himself interviewed Isela Costantini, social communicator, Master in Administration, specialist in marketing and international business and CEO of the GST Financial Group.
From the title "Rethinking success", both talked about the biggest challenges of leading today in Argentina and how to face them "understanding our limitations, the importance of teamwork, cooperation, empathy, talent loyalty", as announced by the program of the event.
They also addressed the issue of family businesses and new work formats.
