Bermocoll EHM Extra acts as a rheology modifier, soluble in water and exhibits high resistance to enzymatic degradation, improving high cutting viscosity, roller splashes, flow and leveling. It is suitable for use in all types of latex paints, intended for both indoor and outdoor.
This product allows for higher ICI viscosity with the same dose of thickener, which can be seen as better coverage and film formation. The recommended dose for the formulation is 0.1-0.4% calculating on the total weight of the paint.
The product offers high compatibility with organic and inorganic dyes, for example, excellent color acceptance, reduced viscosity loss when dyeing and minimal color flotation. It has very good application properties, such as resistance to dispersion and flaccidity and excellent storage stability with minimal syneresis.
