Colombia. Axalta Coating Systems concluded the fifth edition of the "Club Los Aliados del Color" program, which it carries out in partnership with the National Learning Service (SENA). This time, more than 100 master painters in new automotive repainting techniques were provided in Bogotá.
The main objective of the program is to train painters in the automotive sector free of charge, covering various topics, such as techniques and knowledge in coatings and reinforcement on Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), as well as teamwork. At the end of the course, SENA granted the master painters the corresponding certification which allows them to expand their experience in the automotive industry by having the support of said body.

The meeting was attended by Alfredo Casas, leader of Vocational Training of the Center for Transport Technologies of SENA, and Alber Urbano, Regional Manager of Axalta, who delivered certificates at the techno-academic sub-headquarters of SENA in Cazucá – Soacha.
The training will also be held in Medellin, Cali, Pasto and the Atlantic Coast.
