Mexico. Hero Products Group announces the hiring of Orlando Torres as the brand's new Service Manager for Mexico, as part of a new strategy to get closer to customers in this market.
In addition to this appointment, a strategic alliance was formalized with Star Servicios Integrales, including a complete professional technical team that will attend technical service requests nationwide, in addition to the opening of spare parts warehouses for all equipment lines in Mexico City and Monterrey.
For Arnold Yong, Director of Business Development for Latin America of Hero, the purpose of this alliance "is to serve our customers in Mexico in the best possible way, because we believe that this market is quite important" and expresses that the brand seeks to have a "direct deal with our customers, all companies of paint manufacturers or retailers, without the need to have intermediaries."
The Director mentions that among the advantages of having direct representation of the brand in the country includes a more agile attention, "because the client works directly with Hero", and also "there is economy for the company, because having intermediaries must pay commissions, so that money is used to improve the service with faster attention, reduction in the price of spare parts and the same equipment, "he points out.
Hero will serve the Mexican market with its entire line of equipment, in the same way that markets in Europe, Asia and South America are served.
Both the new Services Manager, Orlando Torres, and the Star team, led by Edgar Millán, have extensive knowledge and experience in the paint industry in the maintenance of tintometric equipment.
