IReflex is a pigment for exterior and interior coatings that reflects heat and UV radiation, protecting the facades against harmful exposure to light that has a negative impact on the visual aspect over time, and allowing the interior of the building to heat up less in summer.
With a pigmentation level of about 10%, IReflex displays reflectance values of 50%. In comparison, white paints for interior walls reach a reflectance value of only 5%, while 95% of the thermal energy is absorbed by the wall.
This product can be simply added to all paints for transparent interiors. The desired color tone is obtained by adding organic color pigments, without their reflective behavior being affected. The paint can be applied with any of the usual methods.
