Elcometer
The Elcometer 4340 motorized film applicator is an essential machine for preparing a wide variety of product samples, including paint, varnish, cosmetics and glue, which allows to evaluate the suitability of a coating for decision making.
This equipment has eleven preset transverse speeds of 0.2 to 3.9 inches per second, a high-precision aluminum table for better repeatability, as it is five times flatter than glass and a heavy base unit to minimize vibration and produce high quality samples, without jumps in the application by vibration of the engine.
It offers a long service life of 15 years of normal use, as well as various perforated or channeled vacuum tables available and electric or water for temperature control. The product offers total consistency and reproducibility on various substrates, including contrast frames, steel sheets, plastic sheets and glass.
