Henkel Corporation presents two new new products from the Multan ® line, used in industrial maintenance, formulated to generate a minimum amount of foam and to be used continuously with minimal biological degradation.Users of traditional metal cutter liquids usually experience problems with foam buildup and bacterial growth. Excessive foam causes overflow, lubricant waste, and the growth of bacteria that generate odors, degrade the lubricant, and can cause damage to operator health and safety issues.
Both Multan, B236 and B414 are semi-synthetic metal fluid removers for ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. These lubricants are designed for applications where soft water (term used for water that does not contain calcium or magnesium cations) or other processes require greater foam control.
Adaptable for more water conditions and multi-metal applications, the Multan B 236 offers excellent performance in cast iron and steel. B414 contains more oil and is formulated with extreme pressure additives.
